The St. Louis
Association of REALTORS® Contracts and Forms Committee is proposing
changes to the Residential Sale Contract. The proposed changes include
a move to a "seller
chooses title" procedure with the buyer paying for
the lender's coverage and both parties closing with
the same title company.
