St. Louis Commercial REALTORS®

 

The commercial REALTOR® members of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® specialize in helping individuals and organizations with their commercial real estate needs. Our members work with all types of commercial real estate including, but not limited to, retail, office, industrial, and other commercial type real estate. Commercial REALTOR® members who provide their clients with the information needed to make the best choices about their purchases, investments, and management opportunities.

 

Our commercial REALTORS® have the tools and training to help you with your commercial real estate transactions. Our commercial members have access to the Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) which is a proprietary database of commercial properties throughout the St. Louis region. With access to the CIE, they can obtain up-to-date information on commercial properties available for sale or lease. They can also provide greater marketing exposure for their client's property. Our commercial REALTORS® have access to aproved contracts and forms for completing your commercial real estate transaction. They have access to continuing education and professional training that enables them to provide exceptional service to their customers and clients. They have the ability to enhance their professional career by pursuing nationally recognized professional designations.
