St Louis Residential REALTORS®

The residential REALTOR® members of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® specialize in helping buyers and sellers with their residential real estate needs. Buying and selling a home can be one of the largest transactions most people will ever make. Our residential REALTORS® members work with all types of residential property, including but not limited to single family homes, condominiums, lofts, villas, multi-family, new construction, building lots and other residential type real estate.

Our residential REALTORS® have the tools and training to help home buyers and sellers in St. Louis. They utilize tools such as the Supra lockbox system, MARIS (the regional multiple listing service), and approved contracts and forms for completing transactions. Our members have access to educational programs and professional training. They have the ability to enhance their professional career by pursuiing nationally recognized professional designations.

Our residential REALTORS® know the St Louis metropolitan area. They live and work in the neighborhoods and communities throughout St. Louis. They are knowledgeable about the different residential neighborhoods and communities that make up the St. Louis metropolitan area. Many of our members are involved in their communities as volunteers at local schools and organizations. Others serve the community in elected positions.
